FLN Message from the Founder
Greeting:
My name is Mo ElDeiry and I have been a proud member of the Florida Bar since 1997.
It was back in 2010 when I embarked on this wild, crazy and ambitious idea of creating an outstanding network of Attorneys and professionals, and today FLN Global stands at more than several hundred attorneys in more than a dozen Chapters, and actively growing throughout Florida, and beyond.
First and foremost - FLN firmly believes that the practice of law is too important to be done independently.
To achieve amazing results and excellence, Attorneys must continuously learn, grow and improve throughout their careers.
As Attorneys, we represent clients with important needs, goals, challenges, and objectives, and the work we perform has significant impact on their lives, businesses and future.
The books we read, and the Attorneys we connect with, will undoubtedly have a huge and meaningful impact on the lives we live, and the clients we represent.
Working together, Attorneys elevate each other to succeed. We strengthen the legal profession by collaborating and we consistently deliver better results for each and every client we represent.
FLN is not simply about getting more business.
FLN is about getting better business from better friends, better colleagues, and better referral sources that generate better referrals, that introduce better clients, and create a better and more profitable experience in the practice of law.

Latest and Greatest Updates - 05/18/26
Here is the latest . . .
The launch of FLN Orlando took longer than we expected because in the last year several more FLN Chapters were launched in South Florida, and they have grown quickly and effectively.
FLN is now ready to ready to launch FLN Orlando, and we have a core group of Attorneys that are ready, willing and able to get things started.
At this time, FLN is primarily looking for good qualified and experienced Attorneys that believe what we believe to learn more, get involved, and strengthen FLN Global in the Orlando legal community.
Here is the strategy:
FLN will be hosting several upcoming events in the next several months, and qualified and experienced attorneys are invited to attend.

If you are an experienced attorney that resonates with the FLN Credo, then you MUST meet the following requirements to apply for FLN Membership:
- You MUST be highly skilled and well-qualified in your particular area of practice with at least 5 of experience as a licensed Attorney;
- You MUST have a sincere and genuine desire to provide “value and benefit” to fellow colleagues on a consistent basis;
- You MUST be committed to attending, connecting and participating on a regular basis.

FLN Orlando Chapter
Several Phases of Development
All qualified and interest candidates for FLN Membership are invited to attend, but please keep in mind that to properly build and create this new FLN Chapter, we will be following several phases of development as indicated below.
Phase 1
In the initial phase, only qualified legal candidates with at least 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney will be considered for FLN Membership.
While FLN Legal Members from existing FLN Chapters are also eligible to join, no more than 5 FLN Legal Members from existing Chapters will be considered for membership. Priority will be given to length of membership and attendance records.
In this phase - non-lawyer categories will not be considered for FLN Membership, but you can still submit your name, and join the waiting list early.
Phase 2
Once there are at least 15 FLN Legal Members in the Chapter, non-lawyer categories will be considered for membership, but only a small number will be considered to maintain a proper ratio between legal and non-legal categories.
At the outset, Non-Lawyer Candidates that are not currently FLN Members will be given priority.
Phase 3
Once there are at least 30 total FLN Members in the Chapter, then all qualified candidates (including existing FLN Members) will be considered for FLN Membership in available categories.
Phase 4
Once there are at least 40 FLN Members in this new Chapter, then FLN will consider forming another FLN Chapter in this area as well.
